Pomelo Sage: Herbal & citrusy with a base of woody twigs followed by notes of earthy sage & jasmine, and topped with cassis, tangerine, and pomelo

Cranberry Salsa: Crushed cranberries mixed with grapes, lemon, pink grapefruit, strawberries, and pomegranate with hits of apple blossoms
